We're actually going to have to give up Destiny. This constant need to complete all bounties, weekly and daily events, nightfalls, strikes etc etc. I must upgrade my boots!! The feeling doesn't relent. 1am every weeknight equals staff with red eyes in the morning. We'll give it up for Lent maybe!
The early year launch schedule looks great compared to most years. Rugby 15, Dying Light, The Order 1886, Bloodborne, Evolve, Battlefield Hardline, Resident Evil Revelations 2. All in the first 3 months of the year....
So as we start a new year it's nice to look back at the best games of 2014. For me the most enjoyable game I played was "The Wolf Among Us". Gameplay is what you expect from TellTale Games with superb art style and a head melt twist at the end, I think Destiny is way better than the critic reviews and comes in at number 2 for me. If you were expecting Halo you would probably by disappointed as it played out more like an FPS version Diablo. I'd have to choose Wolfenstein The New Order at number 3 which is like playing a Tarantino movie. It's a twin gunned stomper with great jump scares, super soundtrack and over the top villains.
